I also ordered the Translucent Matifying Powder.. but it came shattered! Its completely unusable! The powder got EVERYWHERE!!! Including on my pants. I've contacted E.L.F, and while they don't do returns... I can get a new one. I'm glad because I really wanted to try this product. This was $3.
I have heard back from E.L.F. and they've sent me a replacement. Because of their policies, they cannot do exchanges or refunds. Please keep this in mind!
